The Inspiration

Nikita's journey towards Ayurveda began unknowingly at a very young age. She was always interested in holistic medicines due to her family's background in this field. Then, on a trip to India with her family, she met an Ayurvedic doctor practicing in a small village with nothing but one small table in a hut. Without a word, this Ayurvedic doctor was able to determine precisely all the symptoms of every single one of her family members by just checking pulse. This intrigued Nikita and she knew this was the path for her. If this doctor could determine so much by just the touch of a pulse, surely he knew a lot more about the body and its health as well. This encouraged Nikita to find a school in the United States that taught Ayurveda and its ancient secrets, and so the journey began.
